I know that GTA IV has been quite deserted but I am hoping to find an awnser to this thread, I am on DREX 4.75 rebug and when I try to install gta 4, No gta 4 files installed before, I get the loading screen, then, when it says starting a new game, nothin, I could hold on for years on this, please help me

if your geting the infinte loading screen girl with lolipop and music them infinte loop what you have to do is put your game gta 4 in a usb stick of 10 GB or more then you gona have to play the game via your usb stick and it will install data on the screen instead of the infinte loading loop i had this problme and i finaly solved it to! and Dont forget you cant install your gta 4 game on your HDD and play it via HDD or it will have an endless loading screen loop so fully put the gta 4 game in your usb stick drive and play gta 4 on your usb drive this is my information i can tell you and advice if other games have infinte loading screen trying to install data but it wont try to put your game on a usb drive it might work you never know So hopfully this works for you.
