In fact when I go to play ttk part of the game it says TTK content is required and asks me to purchase it, it redeem code. I push redeem code and put one if my codes in, it takes me to the download list. So I download everything but nothing still.. Any ideas on how to fix this? I've deleted the updates and stuff and reinstalled them hoping it would work.. It didn't.

You need to play the game and complete the story and quests. You will unlock it as soon as you are level 30

So until then it will say I don't have it??

Noo you need to reset your license. I got the same error you did but after I reset my license and re-installed the dlc everything was working fine
