no there was a glitch that allowed you to get them a longtime ago but you need that actual game save now to have it and it is only in that world. so now ya know what your are looking for.

Kid wake up, make creative super flat world NO STRUCTURES. Extract with PS3 save tool. Load up NBT editor, choose your .DAT file. Change a inventory item to a zombie/skeleton horse ID. You don't know shit about this game but finding offsets. Just STOP.

Edit: Glitch? LMFAO. The whole Minecraft PS3 game isn't stored in a gamesave retard. It's hidden in the game files for future updates. Just like Nausea potions, saturation, etc.
