can anyone help?

Redownload a pass from playstation there free downloads to play online delete the other one you have spoof everything to sign on before going into playstation

There servers have never made connection with my mac/cid at any point.

I have 2 Cid one cid works fine and the sec dont work have the same issue like you bro problems with online pass Sal
