I own the Platinum on Destiny, i am ranked in the top 3% on Iron Banner year one and have all 3 of my characters (Titan, Hunter and Warlock) with all maxed out abilities on level 40 with various light levels above 297

Best bet is to ask low grimore guys in the tower, I found 3 ppl so far to do this quest with. Good luck!
