so when i start the game i get a blackscreen im on the cd version and everytime i try to copy it to multiman error

Make sure your Multiman is updated to be fully functional with your CFW. Also, this game can only be ran via USB when using it on a CFW.

So you cant copy it to your hard drive?

If it's running from your disc or PS3 hard drive it might not work. Although I can confirm it works if it's copied onto a USB memory stock with at least 16GB.

This is a bummer.... I prefer things on the internal HDD. If you look around online practically no one has got it to work from the internal hdd with a retail copy. If they have it's from older patches and all the threads are now dead. I got the digital version of IV and EFLC working with MDV8.1 so I'm happy.

Question about the USB stick though, are you also using ext game data too?
