These are my first FPS games, I mostly just stuck to GTA, Mafia I and II, and sports games, so I was wondering which game would be the best for an introduction in to the world of First Person Shooters.

Battlefield 2 was the best in the series in my opinion I would start there

There's no beating Bf2, I have fond memories of having massive battles between the AI forcing the quantity of NPCs way beyond the developers limit.
