1- Download the .PKG of 1.20 update
2- Extract it or decrypt it with any tool (PSN Decryptor and Extractor)
3- Get the EBOOT.BIN
4- Get the TrueAncestor SELF RESIGNER and decrypt the eboot
5- Encrypt it again but DEBUG one...
