1. how to add: add on's (noob) all the files are .dat I'd like to use OpenIV and SCOtoolbox. But i'd edit the GTA 4 Files to edit my MD Extend, but he made it a .dat file and very hard to decode.
2. TBoGT Modding possible?? I hear you can mod it if you have your PKG file.*
3. Edit handling for OFW? (Drift mods)
4. What other menus that are better for an OFW are there? All the ones I see are shitty MD Menus ( No offense, But the last good menu was V7
5. How to hell do you even get a older MD on OFW? Iv'e seen v8.0 the latest for OFW. The rest are CFW Or CD Burned (Which I want to learn to)
I would get a CFW but I can't. I don't feel like paying 300 dollars.*
If anyone could help me with any of this i'd be grateful

And GTA 4 Is still a very,very, very active game. Iv'e seen people still come out with menus and are trying to keep this game alive.

Ignore seller part, misread something. It's trying to stay alive, meaning it's struggling. Of course they'll always be old games that are active. But not popular, it will be hard to find support I'm sure as everyone plays newest GTA or other games.

Thats why I want to mod TBOGT. But I think you can on OFW if you use PKGView.
