hoping someone can help im on 4.30.1 DEX Rebug and i accidently changed the XMB OPPORATION setting in the rebug toolbox to retail for debug and when it rebooted my XMB wouldnt load up ive only been able boot up in Safe mode since non of the options are allowing me to get back to the XMB, also system update tells me every update i try and use is corrupt.

anyone have any idea what i can do to fix it?
