Are they backed up games? or discs?

If they're backups, make sure you've enabled BD mirror, and fixed the permissions.

That should fix your problem.

Don't know about BO2 but mine used to work fine when I was on Ita 4.21, as for W@W you need a debug eboot to fix the 1.13 blackscreen (if that's what you mean).
