I started the system and went on rebug toolbox and changed the whatever its called to CEX so PSN thinks I'm on CEX. After that, I used PSN PATCH to change my Console ID and PSID to a private one I bought. Then, I clicked sign up and clicked use exisitng account and it starting loading for a bit and a pop up came up saying "Connection to the server timed out." I know it's not the Console ID or PSID because I've tried it and my network settings are all great and good to go. Could anyone please help me?
