(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});So, i was thinking and wondering... Is it easier to Jailbreak a ps3 with an applied patch or a brand new one? I have one now i can return within a few more days and get a brand new one... i was wondering if i should take it back and get a new one or just jailbreak the one i have now?
EDIT: I have the brand new PS3 with the sliding top tray. Not, even sure it can be jailbroken.

Sorry amigo you cannot jailbreak or downgrade to jailbreak super slim, the brand new ps3 with the sliding top tray =0/
You need to find a ps3 that can be downgraded, cause most likely if will be on a higher firmware, and then jailbreak it.
Look for ps3 that are on this range CECHH(FATS) all the way to CECH25XX(SLIMS)
But then again you need to be careful with some CECH25XX. You will have to run MinVerCHK to see if you can actually downgrade You must login or register to view this content.
You will need hardware to downgrade. E3 flasher is the way to go since you don't have to solder and its the solderless solution.
Here is my vid on how to use it:
