The only way to jailbreak is to purchase a hardware flasher (I recommend the E3 Flasher for obvious reasons), in order to get to 3.55. Console ID's are not needed unless you get banned, which then you can use REX Toolbox to change your PSID.

You need a new Valid IDPS in order to Unban Yourself.
