So what about being on CEX using PSNPatch to spoof my cID, and using an RTM tool, or any other mods on CEX? Would that get me banned as easily or would it be harder for Sony to know I am modding? It is a safer option to be on CEX, and yes there are plenty of tools being released for that firmware. Being online on a custom firmware ps3 always runs a risk of a console ban, play it safe.
