Your PS3 is dieing slowly same thing with one of my console's I was repairing. The only option is to reflow/reball the console. Increasing the fan speed doesn't fix the problem to bring the temperature of the console back to normal. If your PS3 was normal the CELL levels will be close to your RSX level like 60C RSX 65C GPU.

I noticed, when i reopened the console it doesnt seem to hit the heatsink correctly.
Even tho i spread the paste with an old credit card it didnt spreak/touch the heatsink for 100%,
I have all screws in
It is doing this since the day i first opened it, exactly 2 years ago.

Do you know if the PS3 has a 15 blade or 19 blade fan? Mine stays on the same temp but it hasn't had thermal paste changed since 2008. I'm pretty sure I've got a bad fan so maybe that's your problem.

I think its the default 15 blade

Maybe upgrade to a 19 blade. I've only got a 15 blade and it really does make the PS3 very hot. I've been using a progam on my PS3 which controls my PS3 fan. Although it makes it really loud it drops my CPU temp from 75 to 55 and keeps the RSX at 40.
