You could just report him to the MODERATORS to get him banned. IDK y he need Uncharted from the PS store when you can already download it from a torrent site for free and play it on a JB PS3.

I dont Know, why he do it, where i can find a Moderator ?

Just go to PS3 Questions and Support fourm and scroll all the way down till you see "Moderators of this fourm" then reported it to any one of the moderators.

I will PM you where to put this and make a dispute.
