With the latest patch, it's been said that all multiplayer stats are saved to the player's profile, which means that the multiplayer time can be cut down.

I'm willing to test any GTA IV profile, including ones where the platinum or multiplayer trophies have been already earned.

So I recently got most of the GTA 4 Online Trophies the legitimate way - I had used the existing "Wanted" save to get that before Gamespy shut down - so I can give you a profile that has achieved everything but "Wanted" on it if that's any help.

I wiped my PARAM.SFO, so you'll probably need to resign. I don't have any instructions for unlocking everything, we're in uncharted territory. Hope this is of help!

EDIT: Also it's the EU version. Hope that isn't a hindrance.

So I tried this profile and no trophies popped, even after winning a race and winning a deathmatch.

Does anyone have a different, almost complete multiplayer profile (preferably right before getting the AWP trophy)?

Alternatively, does anyone know the hex values for race wins and other multiplayer elements, which might be used to alter an existing GTA IV profile?
