Fallout 3:
-all weapons (with cut weapons)
-all armor (with cut armor)
-please NO additional health
-NO additional weight
-SPAWNABLE NPC's please if possible
-faster running
-additional levels

New Vegas:
-all weapons (cut weapons)
-all armor (cut armor)
-all modifications
-spawnable NPC's
-faster running
-additional levels?

That's about it, I can care less about the health, and weight etc. if anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it much!
