Like on gta I see ppl dropping money from the sky teleporting in car turning ppl into different things I want to be able to do that.

Thats called mod menu you need a jailbroken ps3 to do that :/

Somebody told me I don't. What if somebody that had a jail broken PS3 made a modded account for me and just gave me the modded account can u do that???
