There should be no reason you are sharing your cid in order for someone to mod for you..unless it was as payment, I suppose, which is a terrible idea..its not really allowed on NGU..

Do you mean a modded backup as in a usb mods sort of thing, to get a mod menu on OFW?

Like Dro said, your request makes no sense.

1. You don't need your CID for a modded backup.

2. If you choose to use fake mods on OFW on GTA there is a decent chance your CID/Account could get banned and if you get CID banned your OFW PS3 is useless.
