its just the code for the region the game came from.
I think the E in BLES stands for Europe and the U in BLUS stands for United States.
An example would be Modern Warfare 2.
Where I live (New Zealand) my modern warfare 2 region code is BLES00683, in America the modern warfare 2 region code is BLUS30377.

oh ok....so since im in the US i can only run BLUS? or is the PS3 open region
