Post: MW2 error

I used to be pretty active on the PS3 modding scene, and considered myself quite knowledgeable in some aspects of it. Just yesterday/today I decided to check what was happening, as I am still on 3.55 (Kmeaw's CFW).
Long story short, I had updated MW2 to 1.12. Why? I don't know. Was I stupid? Yes, I was. So, today I decided to see if I could downgrade to 1.11. After reading some threads in here, I got a download link to the 1.11 pkg and it said that I had to delete the MW2 savegames, which I did, then I installed the pkg, tried changing the patch and MW2 gave me a 80010009 error. I deleted the mp_self, didn't work. Re-installed it (made a backup like I always do) and I still get the same error.
So I'm kind of clueless here as I've been inactive for so long and I hardly remember how to do anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Update: I have the same issue as above, but I found yet another problem. So now I need help with two.
The link was actually one for 1.12 (And hey, maybe it was for another region as well (I'm Bles 683) so that might be causing the above issue). Now I got a real 1.11 for my region pkg, but the thing is, it tells me that it is not necessary to install it as there is a later version of it already installed, and there's not game data for MW2 so I don't know how to delete the old one...
Again, any kind of help will be greatly appreciated. Yes, I do know how to give rep by the way.

All you have to do is delete the 1.12 update the reinstall 1.11 update then you can put what patch you want but seeing as you cant use the lobby for 1.11 online no more is abit suptid because only you can play on the patch unless you got friends round but if your thinking of swap data over to i higher update like 3.65 then there lobby out for 1.12 but really there shit as hell lol

I know I can't go online, I'm just using this for offline modding and playing some modded games with friends.
The thing is, I don't know how to delete the 1.12 update. I thought it was by deleting the saved games for MW2, but I have none... And if I have to do it by File Manager, which folder/directory do I delete?

no you have to go to game data utility bud then delete 1.12 patch

Your "Save Data" has nothing to do with the patch. Its "Game Data" that you delete. That sucks if you didn't back up your saves, but MW2 isn't that hard to beat I suppose.
Under Game>scroll to the top>delete MW2 files.
Make sure you get the 1.11 patch for your region AND that the modded patch if your your region. If you try to use a BLUS30377 (or whatever US version is), on your BLES version you'll get an error.
