The only mod chip that i know of is a teensy++ or whatever and it only downgrades your ps3. I cant install one but I'm sure a member of the ngu community can. I'm pretty sure there aren't any mod chips that do any hacks or something (i wouldn't take my word for it but you could use google).

There are many tutorials in the main Exploits & Hacks section on downgrading. The main one is the use of the Teensy++. It's probably front-paged in that section.

i dont think anyone will do that for you because it isn't easy to do and you could end up without a ps3

I would suggest waiting until downgrading 3.60+ becomes a bigger thing. Right now it hasn't been tested much and isn't to safe but give it a month and there will be a cheaper, safer, easier method to downgrade 3.60+
