they should of not reset it to the original email that should of asked you for a new working one. Call back and tell them the old one is deactivated or canceled. And if you know old name, address, recent purchases, and DoB they should give it to you no hassle.
I got that email they have banned the account,
I called they saying y have you banned the account you told me to get the old email and the account should work they said the account is banned so know one can get on it and then i said unbanned it to i get on it and the email us have reset it to is a made up email i can't go to reset the password then they well its up to the head office WTF !! i siad you have the power to do it so just unbanned it and reset the email to what i say,
They said wait to Monday they have my account 3 weeks..
