But i will just transfer patches... Should i upgrade to 3.55 or stay on 3.41 ?

if you have an ipod/ phone/ Ti84, stay on 3.41, if not go to 3.55

You cant downgrade, the only way to downgrade from 3,56 and up is with that e3 flasher or what the name was

no go online and search and download 3.55 update. Then search and download CFW.

You can try both 3.41 and 3.55 and pick which one you like best because as long as you don't go above 3.55 then you can always downgrade back to 3.41.
