You can't downgrade above 3.55 if your ps3 is not on 3.55 theres no way to get it to it. You either get another ps3 on 3.55 or something only way..

it was on 3.01 an i put (Elite CFW v4) how do i get it off

try installing original firmware 3.55 and after that you can install CFW 3.55 (kmeaw or wanikoko...your choice)

you oviously read the question wrong or are a idiot, he is on cfw, not a ofw above 3.55, anyway ya try to install normal 3.55 throught recovery, and im pretty sure theres a downgrade method without a hard ware mod when your on 3.55 or below but im not sure, look it up on here

Actually first when he posted it, it said "how do I downgrade back to 3.55"not that he was on 3.55 cfw and wanted to get rid of it. So no I am not an idiot and didn't read it wrong, he changed what it said. So don't groan me for trying to help someone, who can't phrase what they mean correctly.
