Is it solderless and can i then remove the chip and downgrade other ps3's?

no you have to solder, also im not sure about nor, but i think so, also i think i saw a post about e3 flasher just released a nor compatible non soldering solutiion, but im 100 percent, sorry i couldnt help more

ya maybe, theres also a thing called a teensy plus plus or something like that, its only like 20 and i think it downgrades, but of course it requires soldering

You have the fat ps3? If so it has to be soldered to downgrade

Progskeet Solderless only works for NAND Atm. They Have it for NOR also, But it only reads and doesn't write. If you get the v1.0 you can solder them. Its quite easy and if you need a tutorial I have one for you also the solder works for both NAND/ NOR. Solder is really not that hard.
