yes you can, i believe when you do it with e3 it puts you on cfw, which allows that of course, yes it wont be able to go online since its 3.55, and im pretty sure you can fpt to transfer games, but i would say to just use a backup manager like multiman would be better

i will not connect to psn thats all you will still be able to use the internet in all other ways an connect to your media server so yes it will work
