I have seen that you can use a progskeet thingy and without soldering required. its on ps3h4x website also.

Really simple. Progskeet v1.1, Adaptor PCB, NAND-CLIP. Those are the items you need. Optional (NAND PCB). When you downgrade You will need a PS3 Dongle and when downgrading you could use 3.70 files to be downgraded to 3.55. I can assist you with more information. Just reply.

If its NOR flash. Don't get this because NOR-CLIP doesn't work only NAND. Unless you solder, Other than that just get a E3 Flasher which is for NOR and solderless.
