do they not check it and say it works i have year warranty? and i was asking them like when they got the ps3 in it was packaged in 2010 he said they all the same im more after a refund so i can get mmoney back troll through 100 posts and buy a jailbreak off auctions

I highly doubt you will get a refund, stores try to avoid a refund anyway possible. Even under warranty, you will just get a replacement console. I think your best bet is to install a E3 Flasher and downgrade, or you could update and wait it out for a CFW (jailbreak) to be released, but that is not going to be any time soon at all.
Or you could sell the bought ps3 and buy a second hand console on 3.55 from somewhere else, but that will be a loss financially most likely.

yes i just read the reciept and it says if it has fault in the first 21 days u get a refund or new one after 21 just new one
