Yea you can make CL's but, you have 2 have 2 ps3's to host online.
one on CFW and One on OFW to Data Transfer to

That might be the worst grammar I've ever seen, i mean it doesn't have to be perfect but god make it where people can understand you without reading it 500 times. But anyway yes with a jail-broken ps3 you can host challenge lobbies
