Currently there is no jailbreak/CFW for 4.00
Possibly there will one in the future but dont get your hopes up.

just as the other people said, no there is not... also if you are wondering on youtube looking for it i wouldn't trust any downloads on youtube or any other site atm.

currently there is NO CUSTOM FIRMWARE JAILBREAK FOR UPDATE 4.00
