no at the moment there is no backup support unless you were to do a data transfer from 3.55 cfw to your 4.00 ps3

Nah theres no jailbreak for 4.00 atm that supports backup manager so you have to get it off a 3.55 cfw, in a few months or so there should be tho so you can either wait or do the transfer

The "jailbreak" that is currently being worked on will in no way allow piracy so backed up games will not work and doing a data transfer from a 3.55 to a 4.00 ps3 won't allow you to play backed up games either.
