I just wanted to know if it was just the flasher I need or if there are any other products i need to preform the downgrade. Don't flame I just want to be sure i am going the right route and not wasting time/money when i go through with the entire downgrade/jailbreak process.

Also I am installing the flasher into a phat ps3 its firmware is at 3.7x

You need the E3 card Reader as well if you are buying the E3 Flasher. Check the model of the phat ps3 (back- serial number look for 'CECH' here: You must login or register to view this content.
