run ps3 proxy on your computer, it will show you the IP to enter on your ps3.

on your ps3 go to Settings>Network Settings>Internet Connection Settings>Custom>Wired or Wireless and when it gets to the proxy part select yes and enter the ip that it gave you on ps3 proxy and the port (usually 8080).
