(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i've heard rumors among my friends that there are people out there who can find out who you are, your email address, and where you live exactly just by being in the same video chatroom as you, i've heard of using Cain & Abel to find their IP addresses, but being able to find your name, email address, and all this with just an IP doesn't seem to make sense. can anyone here shed some light on this subject for me? because honestly, i don't know where to start, and google isn't being helpful at all.

i would've said it was fake as well, but i witnessed it once. the guy pretty much nailed it when he told me my exact address, where i lived, and what the name on my PSN account was, which i had put in as "Fakename" as the first name and "Trololosong" as the last name.

this could be done some time ago using the rebug cfw. as well as changing peoples passwords when they were on-line but as far as i know there is no fw bypass @ mo

Well I know that using a proxy service to view the connection status might do it.
It shows anything sent or received through your connection. Maybe by joining a chat it sends your info in a encryption file that VERY QUICKLY (always is) shoots over the server and that the dude decrypted it somehow .

But with my experience with password snatching, They actually have to sign into the server your watching....so I don't know


And just for the sake of my innocense. I've never actually hacked anyones account before. Expecialy on psn. But stuff like runescape passwords, used to be easy to get. and I did view a few. Never once stole them though

A guy told me ALL my info when I joined my friends chat. His name was like U-P-S_ Or some crap. He made his own program for it and even has a server to flood ip and everything. Can Even ban you from psn. :O

i heard the bullshit about the banning from another guy i found the other day. he said he was gonna get me banned, but all he did was DoS me for about 5 minutes. i DoSed him back and went afk for an hour, one of his friends msged me begging me to stop not long after i got back.
