Tommorow a friend comes to my house he has a downgraded 3.55 ps3 and we are going to data transfer to my 4.11 ps3 so that i have some lobby's.

No, Comgenie or ftp server won't work on you 4.11 console and no you can't install games. The only thing that will work will be the patches that you transfer
