Mate you cant lol you need a CFW PS3 to do it. Your 3 options are
1) Find a friend with CFW & get him to do it for you
2) Buy a PS3 on 3.55 or lower & jailbreak it
3) Buy an E3 flasher or Progskeet chip & downgrade
Theres currently no other possible way to do it
