Anyway I had jail broken my ps3 a long time ago and then I stopped using it (got an Xbox ). So recently I got the dusty old thing out. Updated it to 4.11 because I don't need the jailbreak anymore. Now my problem is every time I try to open an app or a game (off of legitimate disks, cod black ops for example) it says "an error occured during the start operation". So I went into recovery mode and restored it to 4.11 off a flash drive and still no change. Sorry if this has already been covered, but what should I try next? Thanks.
