You're talking about the vampire DLC right? Why would you load Infamous 2? If I remember correctly its a separate game with a separate trophy list altogether.

After installing the ~3GB pkg just run it from your installed packages folder and it should be fine. Unless of course you downloaded an unfixed version, in which case you'll have to get a fixed one here.

No I'm not talkin about that, but thanks I needed that. I need the dlc skins, powers, and amps. Like the reaper skin, kessler skin, caveman club, etc.

Oops my bad. To answer your question yes you do need to activate .rap files to play DLCs.

Are you familiar with eboot editing or pkg creation tools? If so you can find the code patterns over at codemasters-project.net. Honestly that would be your best bet since most uploads nowadays are already down.
