I have a couple of questions and if you could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
Well basically I'm getting a 3.55 PS3 on Friday hopefully although the blu-ray drive doesn't work. Well basically that means the discs cannot be read because PS3 games are on blu-ray discs obviously.

Since It cannot read discs and I want to host on MW2 , could i download MW2 off the PlayStation Store and would that work? Or can you not access the PlayStation Store without being signed in on a PlayStation account because you are not on the latest firmware.

Or my theory is - Download MW2 on my 4.11 OFW PS3 and Datatransfer it to my 3.55 PS3.

OR - Take the Blu-Ray Player from my 4.11 SWAP with the 3.55 , install everything i need then before data transfering SWAP blu-ray players again.

If this doesn't work I'll just manually fix the blu-ray player.

dont bother buying mw2 just using the CFW ps3 for .ff files. just use 1.11/1.13 pkg files
