Im sure it is indeed encrypted, but not compressed, compared it with it's old brother common.rpf, they were Mega bytes off from being equal, By the way the file is, common.edat

Surly they havent really changed the keys for the extention in the new firmwares right? Since no one had decrypted them before any PSN updates, there would be no need to change the keys. Maybe someone who knows what their doing can look in 3.55 and see if their there, idk :think:
