Nope not possible and no 4.11 CFW. Did you not read the top thread?

Firmware versions above 3.55 cannot be jailbroken!

There are many more uses to a jailbroken ps3 other than hosting CL's, besides they old anyway.

If you want to start hosting you gotta buy another ps3 on 3.41 or 3.55 firmware
