(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, i have a QA Flagged Kmeaw. Should I update to rebug? Does it have the payload like rebug? (no lv2 patcher needed) what are the perks?

There aren't really any perks to running rebug over kmeaw. The only advantage that comes to mind as to why you would want to switch to rebug is the rebug firmware spoofer, which just prevents someone from accidentally updating the console. But I'm fairly certain you can do that on a kmeaw firmware anyway.
So really, for an average user who wants to run backups and emulators etc. there is no major advantage.

Yeah I have 3.55 kmeaw firmware and I run the firmware spoofer all the time and it works just fine.
