I don't believe you can put 3.55 JB files on a 3.20 PS3, best bet is to look around the forum, probably is a list of OFW on here. Just install the 3.55 OFW via USB to your PS3, then install the 3.55 CFW you wish to install. Mine was a 3.55 when I got it so I just installed the CFW for it 
. Also make sure your PS3 does not scan for updates, don't wanna accidentally update that shit.

Why would you want to Jailbreak 3.20, when you can just Jailbreak 3.55?
JUST UPDATE TO 3.55 and then Jailbreak it with Kmeaw.
