This is NOT hacking, hacking is where you work out how to gain access to something you're self, such as a webserver. Also, why waste bandwidth with this shit? Are you stupid? Many answer you're question, however since i'm in a good mood, as i've recently hacked and defaced several sites under the name anonymous (because that is hacking take the example) i will answer it for you. Okay, dick head, what you do is:
1) Get a PS3 at 3.55 or above

2) Install a brain in you're self.

3) install custom firmware on that PS3 if it does not already have it.

4) Install whatever patches you want, i recomend using multiman for FTP service.

5) Use Data Transfer utility to send the patches to you're online PS3.

There is NO Publicly released way to Jailbreak/CFW firmwares above 3.56. So you're only option is 3.55/3.41 CFW.

You need a low firmware ps3 or a downgradable ps3 using a device such as the E3 flasher. then update to 3.55 OFW then find the CFW of your choice, then continue as you did when you used to do them
