You can convert it to whatever region without the use of Xploder You must login or register to view this content.
You could possibly try converting it into your region and then placing your param.sfo inside the folder overwriting the users but im pretty sure thatd most probably corrupt it or they wouldnt have invented Xploder in the first place lol
