I have a ps3 sitting here on 3.55 , I had it Jailbroken about 2 years ago (Mw2) and I used to do CL for people on here. Well that Ps3 was my bro's and when he got back he took control of it again and upgraded from 3.40 to 3.55
Now he has never upgraded since then and now he's back in trouble for a few years so I have control of his Ps3.
So my question is where do I start? The sections are all mangled and the stickies are for software , their isn't any Tut I can find on this site and was thinking of heading to PS3hax but since I'm usually on this site and this site has grown with members that have a great deal of Knowledge on this matter I decided to Open a Thread.

Youve got a PS3 on 3.55 and your bro updated it to 3.55 ? Im sure you probably just typo'd or something but its hard to narrow down what your after when your not really stating what your after lol are you looking for a downgrade method ? just keep in mind that you cant downgrade any firmware past 3.55 without purchasing and installing a device like progskeet, teensy++ or an E3 Flasher. Each requires a certain level of difficulty to install depending on your experience and knowledge with the latter device being solderless.
If your still on 3.55 however id look in PS3 exploits and hacks right here on NGU and in the stickied threads at the top you'll find alot of the stuff needed to jailbreak again, firmwares homebrew apps etc

Sorry for the confusion as I have now fixed it. It was on 3.40 and now its 3.55 and sitting here on 3.55.
I agree I can find firmwares , homebrew and stuff in the sticky but not no Tut. Anyways you were the only one to post and I have found a sticky Tut on Ps3Hax and will try to follow it Later.
I imagined Ngu would have such Tuts but their probably in the Premium section .
