You can always do it on your computer using USB explora , FileZilla using FTP blackbox server or even just download a save game ready on your USB and replace using comgenies file manager for CFw like FileZilla

How do you mean? Can i unlock all trophies of all the ps3 games that i have now with a other program then Ps3 xplore? (My ps3 is not jailbreaked..)

Just search around on YouTube , i thought you mean modded save games but obviously not just look on YouTube , type something in like how to unlock all ps3 trophys , I think it's easy that kinda stuff for offline , there's always an easy way for offline mods , its online when it gets complicated
